ReferralVault only works if people can trust what they find here. These rules apply to everything shared on the site.
What you can share
- Your own personal referral codes and referral links.
- Accurate details of the bonus, as the brand states it.
- An expiry date, if the offer has one.
What's not allowed
- Codes the program doesn't allow to be shared publicly. Some brands limit where referral links may be posted. You're responsible for checking the program's terms before sharing.
- Anything that isn't a personal referral — paid affiliate links, coupon-site links, or other people's codes.
- Misleading bonus details — inflated amounts, missing requirements, or offers that have ended.
- Gaming the rankings — multiple accounts, vote trading, or voting on codes you haven't used.
- Spam and harmful links — duplicate posts, redirects, phishing, malware, or anything offensive or illegal.
How moderation works
Every new referral is reviewed before it's published. Anyone can report a live referral; a referral reported by three different people is hidden automatically until a moderator reviews it. Referrals expire automatically after their stated end date. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Takedown requests from brands and rights holders
If you represent a brand and want referrals for your program removed, or you believe content here infringes your copyright or trademark, email hello@referralvault.io with:
- The page link(s) and what you'd like removed.
- Who you are and your connection to the brand or rights.
- For copyright claims, the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3).
We aim to respond to takedown requests within 5 business days.
